SESSION OBJECTIVES• At the end of the session, the
participants are expected to:a. Discuss MEPA process from SMEPA -
DMEPA to RMEPA vis-à-vis institutionalization of the Regional Integrated Regional MEPA Operational Framework;
b. Explain MEPA Term of Reference (TOR) at all levels and units;
c. Design a contextualized DMEPA Process considering the size and unique feature of one’s organization.
ACTIVITYInstructions: Fill-up the following MEPA Operational Framework on how you are going to institutionalize it in your school/division (Individual, Consolidate by group):
ANALYSIS• What are the similarities and
differences in the answers of all groups?
• What are the underlying factors on the similarities and differences of these answers?
• What insights have you gained from the activity?
• What is its implication in the institutionalization of MEPA?

• Respond to technical and training needs of teachers and non-teaching personnel; and
• Identify enhancements to education policies and guidelines.
