• Please make sure you have the following items to hand:

• Two weeks of menus OR

• Use the sample menus found under the ‘support’tab

• Nutrition Checklist – you can print off and complete by hand, or complete online and print off

• Using your fortnightly menu, you will complete the Nutrition Checklist.

• Tick how often a food from the essential food groups appears on your menu.

• Before we start looking at recipes we have to determine that we are offering enough variety across two weeks.
