Weekly Red Thread Sessions Offering four, eight week terms per year with weekly classes for women, teens and art therapy. Bookings essential as class sizes are limited.

Journaling from the

Heart Art Journaling- We

look at sacred women's business

and learn new creative

techniques . These red thread

sessions are Tuesday night

7:30- 9:30 $160 per term or bring a friend and you both get the 8

weeks for $150. Casual attendees also welcome $25

per visit.

Ladies Night

Girls A fternoon

Very special art journaling class just for girls 12

and over. The girls will learn all about

the practice of intentional

creativity in a beautiful, safe and nurturing

space. We will be working on

themes of self and the earth as well as learning

beautiful art techniques in this fun class. Tuesdys 3:30-5 $150 per 8

week term

Art TherapyAs a qualified art therapist Louise leads a very warm and safe art therapy session on a Tuesday Morning 10-12 $ 25 Bookings essential.

Monthly Red Thread Sessions Harnessing the energy of the moon to shape our lives through intentional creativity art journaling. 7:30- 9:30 pm- bookings essential.

This is a monthly Art Journal class we meet within 3 days of the full

moon and explore various themes in our own journals in

a red thread session. Themes

include transformation,

strength, love and fertility as well as working with the lunar Goddesses.

House of the Heart

Have you struggled with no sense of belonging, many women feel they are not quite fitting inside their own skin. It doesn’t need a reason for us to feel this inner

sense of not belonging and it can have us compromise our sense of

self in order to fit in, to have others like and accept us. In this

half day workshop or personalised private session, you will create a gorgeous work of art to hold both the hurts and the hopes of your heart in its search for belonging.

appreciation and the sacred. This very special

event will lead you through the full 13 step

Color of Woman intentional creativity

painting method. With each step, you’ll be

exploring your personal connection with Gaia

and your own identity, pouring love and

intention onto your canvas and finding new way to walk lightly upon

our precious planet.

Oracle A deeply

transformative journey for women who want to “Know Thyself” This very special event is

based on the Oracle of Delphi and we will

be doing the deep work of personal transformation ,

working through the 13 step method created by my

teacher Shiloh Sophia , with each step you will be uncovering

your own identity and infusing your painting

with love and intention and

knowing.

MetamorphosisAre you going

through change? This 13 step

painting workshop is designed to help us

embrace the changes and maintain and

nurture our core identity .

Uncoiling Diva X This is very

transformative workshop that

came to my teacher Shiloh Sophia in a dream in Italy -

“Through Intentional

Creativity, you will create a symbolic

painting inspired by DivaX, the

mysterious one within who is

connected to your own beauty myth and the one with

the power to unwind the myths,

so that you can uncoil from the

inside out.”

ElinorElinor is powerful

experience of personal

healing, this workshop came from

working collaboratively

with my mother who is experiencing

ongoing health issues that

bring frustration and worry and have dominated her life for the last

few years- Elinor brings

calm and healing.
