Votre spa étant un espace de détente et de relaxation, nous vous saurions gré de bien vouloir éteindre vos téléphones portables de façon à profiter pleinement de votre expérience et respecter la tranquillité́ des autres clients.

RÉSERVATIONS ET ANNULATIONS

Afin que nous puissions vous garantir l’horaire de votre choix, nous vous conseillons d’anticiper au maximum votre prise de rendez-vous.En cas d’empêchement, nous vous saurions gré d’annuler votre rendez-vous 24 heures à l’avance, sans quoi nous nous verrions dans l’obligation de vous facturer votre soin. Afin de garantir votre rendez-vous, nous vous demanderons de régler 50% du montant de votre prestation au moment de la réservation.

RETARD

En cas de retard, nous nous efforcerons de vous offrir la même prestation si notre planning nous le permet. En revanche, dans le cas contraire, nous écourterons d’autant votre soin.

Les films et les photos ne sont pas autorisés dans l’ensemble du Spa.La direction ne peut pas être tenue pour responsable en cas de perte, de vol, d’oubli ou de détérioration d’objet au sein du Spa.Nous nous réservons la possibilité de privatiser le spa. Toute l’équipe du Spa vous remercie de votre compréhension.

A PEACEFULL MOMENTYour comfort and well-being are of utmost importance to us, in order to preserve the harmony in the spa, we kindly ask you to turn off your cell phone.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONWe highly recommend you booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. The Serenity SPA has a 24-hours cancellation policy. Cancellations will not be accepted beyond this limit and each of them will be charged. To ensure your appointment, we ask you to pay 50% amount of your treatment at the booking time.

LATE ARRIVALIn case of late arrival, we will do our best to offer you the same treatment if our schedule allows us. Otherwise, we will be forced to reduce the time of your treatment with respect to our following clients.

Movies and pictures are not allowed in the Spa.We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. Please keep all valuables safe during your visit. We could retain the possibility to reserve the spa for a private event. The whole Spa team thank you for your understanding.
