miss me, but let me go.
When I come to the end of the roadAnd the sun has set for me,
I want no tears in a gloom-filled room; Why cry for a soul set free?
miss me a little, but not too long,And not with a head bowed low.
remember the love that we once shared;miss me, but let me go.
for this is a journey we all must take,And each must go alone,
It’s all part of the master’s plan,A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart,Go to the friends we know,
And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds;miss me, but let me go.

Rest in Peace. It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone,For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
It was a sudden parting,Too bitter to forget,
Those who loved you dearly,Are the ones who can’t forget.
We often sit and think of you,And think of how you died;
To think you could not say goodbye,Before you closed your eyes.
Your life was one of kindly deeds,A helping hand for others needs,
Sincere and true in heart and mind,Beautiful memories left behind.
The blow was hard, the shock severe,To part with one we loved so dear,
Our loss is great, we’ll not complainBut trust in God to meet again.
Two tired eyes are sleeping,Two willing hands are still,
The one who worked so hard for us,Is resting at God’s will.

They say there is a reason,They say that time will heal,But neither time nor reason,Will change the way we feel.
For no-one knows the heartache,That lies behind our smiles,
No-one knows how many times,We have broken down and cried.
Gone from home that smiling face,Those cheerful, happy ways,
The heart that won so many friends,In bygone, happy days.
We want to tell you something,So there won’t be any doubt,
You’re so wonderful to think of,But so hard to be without.

would like to thank you most sincerely
for your kind expression of sympathy in their recent loss.
Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
PRAYeR To ouR LAdY oF KNocK
our Lady of Knock, Queen of Ireland,
you gave hope to your people in a time of distress,

You have inspired countless pilgrims to pray with confidence
to your divine Son, remembering His promise:
“Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find.”
Help me to remember that we are all pilgrims
on the road to heaven, fill me with love and concern
for my brothers and sisters in christ, especially those who live with me.
comfort me when I am sick, lonely or depressed.
Teach me how to take part ever more reverently in the Holy Mass.
Give me a greater love of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
Pray for me now and at the hour of my death. Amen.
