DESCRIPCIN GENERAL DE LAS PLANTAS MVILES

Las plantas mviles de trituracin Nordberg serie NW, recientes desarrollos de

Metso, son unidades verstiles y compactas de dos fases en circuito cerrado, que

pueden producir hasta cuatro productos diferentes de excelente calidad.

Estas plantas fueron proyectadas para proporcionar alta movilidad, expresa a travs de

instalaciones y desplazamientos rpidos, adems del desempeo superior, combinado

a la extrema facilidad de mantenimiento, garantizando un rpido retorno del capital

invertido. Comprobadamente todos los objetivos fueron plenamente alcanzados.

La excelencia de la planta es resultado de una suma de las calidades nicas de los

equipos utilizados y de las soluciones tcnicas empleadas. La trituradora primaria

Nordberg serie C y la trituradora secundaria HP, asociado a la moderna

zaranda horizontal de alta capacidad y movimiento elptico, mas el sistema patentado

de transporte a travs de la cinta en loop centrfugo, la cual permite acceso libre a los

equipos, constituyendo una imbatible combinacin pionera.
