1. Introduction

“RiskPro” is a specialized Risk Management solutions and Risk consulting company.

“Riskpro” is the brand under which a growing number of member firms around India commit

themselves to client service excellence.

“Riskpro” member firms offer wide range of services in the field of risk management such as

Basel II advisory, Risk based Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Technology consulting,

Fraud and Forensic advisory among other service lines. Riskpro’s mission is to provide

integrated risk management consulting services and be the preferred service provider for

complete Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions

The membership of Riskpro India currently is approximately 25 leading independent

accounting, legal and consulting firms with a total of across various cities in India.

2. Ability to build strong client and prospect network

3. Commitment towards client deliverables, quality work and ethical behavior

4. An initial setup and administration fee of Rs 50,000 and thereafter Rs 7,500

annually (to be revised soon) to support website maintenance, printing costs, joint

marketing costs and network costs.

5. Acceptance of Minimum Global Standards (MGS) that will be developed by the

Joint Network in its Quality Committee. These MGS will guide the conduct of

Riskpro members.
