Who are we?

• I have an increasing IT and digital skills gap and a growing challenge of recruiting from limited resource pools.

• In the future I’m concerned that only a limited number of correctly skilled people will enter the industry from the education system to satisfy demand for new roles.

• I need a robust learning and development strategy to motivate, re-skill and develop my IT employees to cope with the rapidly changing environment.

• How can I ensure I always have good people with the right skills in the right roles to deliver what my business requires?

• How can I keep up with the escalating pace of change and maintain an understanding of the capability I will need in the future?

• Without effective strategies to address IT and digital skills aligned to my business strategies there are threats to the effectiveness and existence of my organisation. Impacting the well-being of all in society.
