Each year we ask members what they think of the services we are delivering in our annual member satisfaction survey. This year we received a record number of responses, which told us that while we were broadly on the right track, there was still room for improvement.

Thanks to your feedback, this year you can look forward to an improved seminars program, with greater use of technology to ensure we can reach all members via webinar. For the first time, this will be accompanied by large-scale networking events with high-quality presenters.

We will now offer a free financial plan and affordable, accessible CPD for all members.

The bedrock of our service remains workplace advice and support, and our members continue to rate this vital member service highly. We will improve the training and quality of our staff and improve the ways that you can access them.
