The prevailing atmosphere on all our ships, regardless of size and crew number, is the "familial" one, pleasant and very casual. The fleet is composed of two types of vessels: Gulets - up to 12 passengers. Ships of this kind have a crew consisting of: a captain, a sailor (who is also a bartender) and a chef. Sailboats - boats up to 40 passengers. The crew members are: a captain, one or more sailors, a chef, a waiter and ship assistants. The aforementioned ship categories differentiate by their appearance, size and other characteristics. However, they have in common the following: our crew will do their best to make your trip with LQC organization remain a wonderful experience in your memory, taking home some fond memories from our shores...

The Captain or the Master manages the ship and all the associated services. He is superior to other officers of the ship and the entire crew. He is responsible, in general, for the safety of navigation and passengers, as well as the safety of the crew and the ship.
Along with his sailors, he will show you the most beautiful bays of pearls of the Adriatic and will sail your route...
Along with all his duties and obligations, our Captain will be overjoyed to meet you in his wheelhouse and let you experience the magic of steering the ship.

Sailors are people on the board you can always ask for any information whatsoever, and will be glad to assist you and help out.
Regardless of age, they are all experienced and amiable people you will gladly want to meet, talk with them and ask them to be of assistance if needed.
Sailors are, as aforementioned, the Captain's right hand men, but also always ready to assist guests.The sailor is also a bartender on smaller ships, whereas these roles are performed by two people on larger ships.
