Tim has been helping injured seamen and maritime workers for more than 20 years. He graduated from Tulane Law School with honors and has built a law firm that only helps seamen. Tim has lectured at attorney conferences on maritime laws and has appeared on television numerous times discussing the rights of injured offshore workers. He and his wife, Helen, have two wonderful children, George (18) and Julia (14), and an adorable Westie named Simon. Both he and Helen were born and raised in New Orleans, and when they’re not working, they love to travel. After handling Jones Act and maritime injury claims for more than 20 years, chances are Tim has helped someone in your same situation before!

Danny’s goal as an attorney is to lead clients from difficult situations to successful outcomes so they can move forward with their lives. Since joining The Young Firm, Danny has enjoyed representing maritime workers exposed to asbestos-containing drilling mud. Danny attended Loyola University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006. As an avid native New Orleanian, he is a member of a multitude of organizations, including The Krewe of Endymion and the Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Day Club. When not at work, Danny spends time with his family, watches LSU football, and travels to see the Tigers play. He and his wife, Amy, are currently on a quest to visit all SEC stadiums. His favorite pastimes include golf, volleyball, softball, and basketball.

Tammy received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University and became an attorney to help people in their time of need as well as to pursue her interests in the law. “I love working at The Young Firm and with Tim Young,” she said. “We have a great support staff that knows how to handle the challenges of litigation and is familiar with Jones Act and General Maritime Law. We are a close-knit group and work as a team.” Born and raised in Louisiana, she, of course, enjoys the local culture. When she’s not working hard on your case at the office, Tammy’s spending time with her friends and family, relaxing, biking, walking around the park, and reading books by Stephen King, her favorite author. She’s also the proud owner of a rambunctious puppy named Po-Boy.

Megan has been practicing law in New Orleans since 2005. She attended Tulane University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2005. She always knew she wanted to be an attorney, and she enjoys working with the law and her clients. Her favorite things about working with The Young Firm are the great people that she works with, the sense of teamwork at the firm, and the work that we do helping injured workers. Megan originally hails from Tyler, Texas but has been living in New Orleans since 2002. Her and her husband have two lovable mutts named Kurri and Neely. After hours, Megan enjoys cooking, running, and reading. Her favorite pastime is to curl up with a good book and her big dog Kurri.
