LAND CONVERSION (NEW) -GO MS No 98

Land Conversion (New)-GO MS No 98 Service is used for Converting Agricultural land in to Non Revenue purpose in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Agricultural land can be converted for commercial, industrial and residential purposes only by taking prior permission from the competent authorities.

Note: Land Conversion Update: The applicant of Agriculture land can pay the “Land Conversion Fee” @2% of basic value of Land in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and 3% of basic value of Land in Remaining areas as per (G.O. M.S No 98 Revenue (DA &LR) Dept. Dated 19.02.2018).The amount can be paid in the treasury under head 0035-101-01-001 and the Challan copy along with Annexure A has to be filed in the Meeseva centre ( Along with Challan No., Challan Date & the Land Particular for which fee is paid).

NOTE: Annexure-A to be signed by Citizen and to be uploaded as application for Land conversion service, Annexure-A will be generated upon filling up the complete Application.

Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk: - This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Land Conversion (New)-GO MS No 98 Service.

1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Revenue Department services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Land Conversion (New)-GO MS No 98 Service in Revenue Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Land Conversion (New)-GO MS No 98 Request Screen will be displays as depicted in Figure 3.

4) If service type selects as for establishing Industries the below POP UP message displays as depicted in Figure 4.

5) If service type selects as for other purpose (Non-Industrial) the below application

displays as depicted in Figure 5.

6) Enter all the Applicant Details such as Name, Relation, and Gender, Date of Birth and

Applicant Permanent address and postal address as depicted in Figure 6.

7) Enter all Document details such as Document District, Land Located Mandal, Land Located Village, and Purpose of the conversion. As depicted in Figure 7.

Note: Need to enter more than one Survey Number, Click on add New Row button and enter details as shown below figure.

Note: - If need to add another Survey Number details clicking on Add “New row” Button it will generate another row and enter Survey Number details.

8) After Capturing all details click Annexure-A button to down load Annexure-A as depicted in Figure 8.

9) After clicks on Annexure-A button, Annexure-A form opens in new tab with applicant details and Document details, clicks on print button to take Annexure-A form print as depicted in Figure 9.

NOTE: Annexure-A to be signed by Citizen and to be uploaded as application for Land conversion service, Annexure-A will be generated upon filling up the complete Application.

10) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in Land Conversion (New)-GO MS No 98 request page, scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 10.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. 11) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 11.

12) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request as depicted in figure 12.

13) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt will contain the service information clicks Print Intimation Receipt request as depicted in figure 13 . Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

14) Clicks print Intimation Receipt button Receipt for Intimation of payment for land conversion opens in new tab, click print button to take print copy of Receipt for intimation of payment for land conversion as depicted in figure 14.
