Subject:- Revalidation of sanction no. 31{01)/Misc./2019-20/IPR dated 05.03.2020 issued during

2019-20 for the amount of Rs. 7,00,000/-( Rupees Seven Lakh only) under OAE head for

Training programme in respect of Officers/Officials of DC{MSME) by PPDC-Agra under

CLCS-TUS scheme, "Building Awareness on Intellectual Property Rights( IPR) for

MSMEs" during the FY 2020-21-reg.

I am directed to convey the approval of the competent authority for revalidation of sanction even no. dated 05.03.2020 for the payment of Rs.7 1001000/- ( Rupees Seven Lakh only) under OAE head during 2019-20 to Product & Process Development Centre( PPDC) 1 Agra towards the deputation of Thirty One numbers of Officials of this organisation for the training programme on "IPR Training Programme" held from 13.03.2020 to 15.03.2020 at New Delhi.

2. The other conditions mentioned in previous sanction order of even no. dated 05.03.2020 will remain unchanged (copy Enclosed).

3. The expenditure shall be accommodated in demand No. 67- Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) for the year 2020 -21 as follows:

Subject:- Sanction for course fee & TA/DA towards deputation of Thirty One numbers of DC(MSME)

Officers/officials for training programme on "IPR Training Programme" being organized by

PPDC-Agra under the scheme "Building Awareness on Intellectual Property Rights for

MSMEs"-reg.

um .directed to convey the sanction of the competent authority for the payment of Rs. 7,00,000/- ( Rupees Seven L.akh only) to Product & Process Development Centre( PPDC), Agra towards the deputation of Thirty One numbers of Officials of this organisation for the training programme on "IPR Training Programme" from 13.03.2020 to 15.03.2020 at LC-11, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi as per details mentioned in the Annexure on the terms and conditions indicated below:

(i) The period spent on the training will be treated as duty under FR9(5)(b); (ii) During the period of training the officers/officials shall draw their Salary & Allowances as

per rules. (iii) Travelling allowance will be allowed as on tour from the place of posting to the place of

training and back by the class of accommodation to which he/she is entitled. (iv) DA as per rules.

2. This sanction is also hereby accorded to:-

a) Expenditure towards course fee to the concerned training institute( as shown in Annexure of even number) will be paid by IPR Division.

b) Grant of TA/DA payable to the officer, as per his/her entitlement ( subject to actual) under the rules and adjustment on submission of final claim.

3.1. The above mentioned course fee will be paid by this office on the receipt of pre-receipted bill in duplicate duly affixed with revenue stamp after the training programme is over. The expenditure on course fee of the sponsored officers/officials is debitable to the Major Head, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 95.03.20 Other Administrative Expenses( OAE) under Demand No. 66 for the year 2019-20. ~

3.2. The Expert Faculty and truining material for the aforesaid training programme will be provided by the CIPAM, DPIIT, M/o Commerce & Industry.

3.3. The expenditure on TA/DA of the nominated officers/officials is debitable to the Major Head 2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 95.03.11 DTE-Under Demand No. 66 for the year 2019-20. This sub heud is controlled and monitored centrully by the Hqtr. Office. Hence, the exact amount of TA/DA spent on training of DC{MSME) officers/officials( limited to the entitlement of the officers/officials as admissible under rules) be initiated to JPR Division, Hqtr. Office for monitoring/necessary allocation to the field officers.

5. Immediately after completion of training, the concerned officer/official should submit a feedback report along with information ofTA/DA( tentative/actual) amount claimed in the prescribed format.

6. Noted at Serial No. 3 in the Register of Grant.
