Meditation does not only give us time to slow down and relax;  but more so the chance to fully understand things we have experienced around us or perceived through our senses.

By being mindful of what we are doing while meditating,  we become conscious of energy within our body.  This is energy residing in the organs. This energy can help decrease tension and stress,  lower blood pressure and heart rate.  What it does  transforms negative energy into positive energy.
