When Hunter Mayo was in the 6th grade at Hills Chapel School, he was killed in an automobile accident. I was in the 5th grade at Hills Chapel, and I remember how it turned that school upside down. Hunter was a great kid who would do anything to help other people.

Hunter was a big athlete. He played baseball at the park since he was very young. They had a memorial service on the 9 and 10 year old baseball field. This is now the Hunter Mayo Memorial Field.

This is the new Wal-Mart Supercenter. It was built in 2008. It has helped many people. Wal-Mart, of course, is cheaper than grocery stores, so most people would have to go to Corinth or Tupelo to get groceries or just pay grocery store prices. Now we can get our groceries here!
