The purpose of the comedy genre is to amuse the audience and to make sure that they are entertained.

The purpose of the genre

The main type of audience for the comedy genre is all ages depending on the film. This is because it amuses all ages. This film is for teenagers and young adults.

In every comedy the scene is always based in a bright place and in a town to make it more happier and interesting

Most comedies they focus on two characters and what scenario's that happen in their lives and they mock each other.

The characters can be idiotic, socially awkward or accidents can occur around them

In most comedies the characters can act really idiotic and accidents can occur around them as you can see in the screen grab.

These are everyday events which happens in real life but comedies exaggerate it to make it create a humorous effect and unrealistic.

Comedies are normally focused on two characters.

Often have a close up of the tow characters together talking to each other.

Comedies normally have characters that are socially awkward, act idiotic or accident occurs around them

There is a low angle shot when ted crashes into the car this shows how clumsy he as if he was a little child.

He is also represented as an adult when he is smoking and drinking.
