about dreamlash academy Dreamlash Academy is a 100% Canadian owned company that believes in Women’s Empowerment. Founder Angela May has hand-picked a team to ensure all students have a professional experience and leave confident in the art of Eyelash Extensions. With over 300 distinct products and training courses in demand at a national level, Dreamlash has recently expanded into an international market. Angela was the first lash artist in Western Canada specializing in eyelash extensions.

about angela may Angela’s story begins as a young single mom and Starbucks Barista struggling to make ends meet. After spending her hard earned money struggling to get her new lash business off the ground by investing in phony courses that lacked the depth and support she needed to succeed, she eventually stumbled across an unlikely mentor that gave her the one secret that changed everything. She then has combined her love for making women feel beautiful by launching her first start-up – a lash boutique concept store, ultimately employing ten lash artists. (Lash Love) She has sold her boutique and is now the Director of her second startup (Dreamlash Academy) whose 300 distinct products and training courses are in demand at a national level, and has recently expanded into an international market. Angela was the first lash artist in Western Canada specializing in eyelash extensions. She has also been contracted as a freelance Visual Strategy Consultant for L’oreal Paris (Maybelline, Biotherm), Coty Inc (Rimmel London, Sally Hansen), Estee Lauder (Smashbox Cosmetics), and Revlon (Almay). Angela believes in collaboration rather than competition, and you can always find her looking for win-win-win situations. A win for her students, a win for her educators, and a win for the lash industry as a whole. She studied Communications at University of Victoria, and earned her Aesthetics Diploma at Scientific Marvel.
