• In the course of this assignment, you will address the questions and directions in the text boxes on each slide. You should remove the questions after you have answered.

My City -- example• My city is Minneapolis, MN and it

is the home of the Pillsbury milling company. It is also the called the Land of Ten Thousand Lakes even though we have more than that! Minneapolis is part of the Twin Cities sharing the fame with St. Paul which is the capital of the state. Minneapolis is also the home of Prince the famous rocker who recently performed at the Super Bowl. I love Minneapolis because it is a nice city but it still gets nice weather in the winter with lots of snow and hot in the summer.

My Language-- example• My language is English, as is many

other people of the country. I speak with a little of a New York accent, mostly because my dad lives there. A New York accent is the over pronunciation your O’s, but I only have a little one. I also speak the way things are written. Such has, most people say “Ternament” while I say “Tornament’. Like the spelling “Tournament”.

My Family

My family is quite confusing but I’ll make it simple. My mom and dad divorced when I was two, so I live with my mom and my step-dad. My mother remarried when I was five and I got a brother out of the deal, my older brother Max who has just turned 13. As a result I now have three sets of grand parents, but the grandpa on my dads side died last year and another sets is divorced and only one remarried. While were still on the topic my family is still getting larger toping off with 10 cousins! I really enjoy having a large family (even though they get annoying sometimes) and I hope I always have one.

My House• My house is a starter home and is a

medium size. My mother bought it before she knew she was going to be married and bought it for only two, so it’s a bit of a squeeze but comfortable. Our house is at least 60 years old and needs some repairs but we love it anyway. The home has a brick front on one side and white paneling one the other, sounds weird but it really isn’t. My neighborhood is full of kids and a lot of babies so it’s a baby sitters dream, we also have a lot of older people in their 60’s and 70’s. Unfortunately its on a busy street so we don’t do much playing in the outside.

My Friends• I have great friends who are are so

different from one another I’m never bored. My friend Abby doesn’t go to this school but I’ve know her since kindergarten ad she is so great. My friend Niani I just meet and she is so amazingly creative. My friend Audrey who I have known since she moved here in second grade, Audrey is just flat out unbelievably awesome. My friend Madeleine who always brings some sense to the situation. I love all my great friends but these are only a few. Peace to you!
