SYSCOM 18 S.R.L, Romanian private company founded in 1991, is one of themost important players in the field of industrial automation and the biggestRomanian company manufacturing custody transfer systems for petroleumproducts; in the last years SYSCOM 18 S.R.L. designed, mounted and metrologicalchecked more than 150 measuring systems for various fluids and different typesand dimensions, for applications in Romania and abroad.

We can offer custody transfer measuring skids for liquid petroleum products(e.g. gasoline, diesel, LPG, etc), manufactured according to the OIML R117requirements and MID certified. SYSCOM 18 obtained MID approval for measuringsystems and it is now certified, according MID rules, for design, production, finalsystem inspection and testing of measuring systems. All equipment is alsocomplying with other EU Directives, such as ATEX and PED.

SYSCOM 18 skids are suitable for both loading/unloading applications as well asfor pipeline applications.

SYSCOM 18 S.R.L. is offering complete solutions for the measuring systems,supplied as SKID units, starting with the design, followed by execution, testing,commissioning, initial verification of the system, up to warranty and post warrantyservices.

The measuring systems for custody transfer, volumetric and mass systems, havesizes between 2” and 24” and flow rates up to 10,000 m3/h.

Depending on the products characteristics or other process conditions,the flow meter could be: PD-meter type, Coriolis effect type, turbine orultrasonic flow meter. The system is completed with filter and air eliminator,flow control valve, programmable flow computer (to operate the skidand display flow rates, total volume/mass, product temperature,compensated volume,etc). The measuring system could have, if necessary,pressure and temperature transmitter, density meter as well as equipmentspecific for each application: pressure/flow switches, check valves, sightglasses, ESD valves,etc.

Syscom 18 can also supply the loading arm , top or bottom type, togetherwith overflow protection and grounding device, selection actuated valves,folding stairs in a complete loading package together with the measuringsystem.

For the measuring systems, SYSCOM 18 S.R.L. may offer, upon request,adequate loading management software. All information from the meteringsystems is received in a control room where the loading software co-ordinates the deliveries. The software allows generating loading notes,daily / monthly/ annual loading reports, for each product/ customer, andalso does the management of trucks, clients, contracts databases.
