Contains clauses and conditions that both the client and contractors must abide to.

For this project, all clauses are used but we suggest that Clauses that involve the client are to be nullified.
Clauses deemed to be nullified shall suggestively be Clauses:
-Clause 20.B and Clause 20.C

TENDERING METHOD
SELECTIVE-A pre-selected list of tenderers are prepared.
RM 5,000.00-Shall become payable by contractor immediately on receipt of notice in writing given to contractor by the client or its authorized representative
-The bank guarantee is effective from the date of submission of tender document by the tenderer and is to remain in force until a notice in writing to discontinue the same is given by the client or its authorized representative or until the tenderer is notified writing that his tender is unsuccessful.

PERFORMANCE BOND
5% of contract sum-If the Contractor shall in any respect fail to execute the contract or commit any breach of its obligations thereunder then the guarantor shall indemnify and pay the to the client.
-The bank guarantee shall be irrevocable and shall remain in force until the date of Certificate of Making Good Defects plus 3 months and 14 days in the said contract or any authorized extension, and in the case of the contract being determined, one year after the date of the determination claims, if any, must be received by the guarantor within the period of guarantee.

Within the three weeks of handing the site over, Contractors are to inform Architects in charge to solve those discrepancies if found on site.

Summary of how profitable this project will be, we have taken two weeks into a feasibility study session.
