We have been advised by the Shipping Line (Hapag-Lloyd) that the Dextra Tie Rods shipment (B/L # HLCUBKK151012029) has not been cleared to date at Port of Destination (Damietta Port). Given the fact that such clearance issues are beyond our control, Dextra will not be held responsible for payment of any charges and / or fees (detention and / or demurrage, as the case may be) related to the above mentioned shipment clearance delay.
