SUNSEA founded in 1994, is a professional enterprise which specializes in

research and development (R&D), manufacturing, marketing and service of com-

munications equipment. Headquartered in Shenzhen, SUNSEA employs appro-

ximately 1,000 staffs, more than 15million USD fixed assets and 50million USD

Gross assets. In 2003 , SUNSEA established the joint venture with IDG

Technology Investment Fund USA .

We provide a full range of physical connectivity products and solutions,

including audio Main Distribution Frame (MDF), Digital Distribution Frame (DDF),

Optical Distribution Frame (ODF), Structured Wiring System, etc. We are also

researching outdoor solutions, p roviding s helters, outdoor c abinets,communication

base station accessories, etc. SUNSEA has become one of the leading suppliers

in splicing & distributing wiring system. SUNSEA holds more than 60 patents.

We set up the joint laboratory with government which focus on researching of

connectivity application.

With years professional te chnology and en gineering ex periences,more than 10

SUNSEA domestic market occupation rate ranks first. We have 28 sales and

engineering service offices in domestic China and set up two oversea branches:

Russia office and North-America office. Our customers around the world include

communications providers, wireless service providers and broadcast television

operators. We have good cooperation with well-known telecom equipment manu-

facturers, such as Ericsson Alcatel-lucent , Nokia Siemens Networks(NSN),

Huawei,ZTE, etc. SUNSEA products are applied in more than 20 countries, such

as Russia, America, Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Yemen, etc.

At present, SUNSEA owns five professional manufacture facilities covering

220000m , including copper connectivity productsmanufacturing plant, optic passive

components manufacturing division, metal sheet product manufacturing division,

RF product manufacturing subsidiary , outdoor shelter plant - joint venture with

KITAMURA (Japan) . Besides, SUNSEA Guanlan manufacture base occupying2

41000 m has been put into used in 2006 .

SUNSEA began to implement the ISO9000 quality control system in 1995.

At present, We obtained ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate issued by BSI

and TLC. In 2005, we passed the certification of ISO14001 Environmental Mana-

gement System.

The Main Distribution Frame (MDF) of SUNSEA has

independent intellectual property rights, and have

researched and developed after analyzing customers'

various practical needs.

This kind of products had applied 21 patents, 16 of

State Intellectual Property Office.

Our MDF products have awarded certificate by TLC

Certifications Center (TLC), which is the authority in

telecom field. TLC inspects our products and super-
