District Governor—Allan McDonald District 201 N2 of the International Association of Lions Clubs
MD 201 N2 NEWSLETTER—ISSN (Online) 1837-5898
Greetings from District Governor Allan
August 2013—Service through membership
Helmling is sending kits
to Clubs. If your Club is
conducting the contest
and needs a kit please
contact Lion Maxine.
This year the final will be
conducted on the week-
end of 29th-30th March
2014.
The District is planning
to offer Clubs the oppor-
tunity of training for
members. Global Leader-
ship Team leader PDG
Ray Strong is calling for
participants for the 1st
workshop at Goulburn on
14th September. Notices
have been sent to Clubs
and if you are interested
in improving your skills,
please ask your Club Sec-
retary or President for the
information.
I have held discussions
with the members of the
District Governor Team
and we have decided to
advertise 2 positions that
become vacant as of 30th
June 2014. These positions are
the Global Leadership Team and
Global Membership Team lead-
ers. Duty statements are available
in this bulletin and applications
will close on the 31st December
2013. Both positions are 3 year
appointments.

Since the Changeover the District Gover-
nor Team has been out visiting Clubs
throughout the District. Altogether we
have visited 10 Clubs and have inducted 8
new members, at the time of this article
new inductees are greater than resigna-
tions. Let’s hope with effort from all
members of the District our Clubs will
continue to grow and serve their commu-
nities. Remember that “Service through
Membership” will see our communities
being served.
I have attended 2 x 50th Anniversaries at
Corrimal and Ulladulla Milton Lions
Clubs. Later in November Moss Vale will
celebrate their 50th Anniversary. Let us
see if members of the District can attend
and encourage Moss Vale to get back to
“the good old days”. They are a hard
working Club who “punch above their
weight” when performing community ser-
vice and would benefit from our support.
This year International President Barry
Palmer has continued activities from pre-
vious Presidents namely, continue tree
planting and Reading Action Plan, in fact
the International Board considered it so
important that they have agreed to con-
tinue it for 10 years. This year Lion Ann
has accepted to promote the Reading Ac-
tion Program to Clubs, she is being as-
sisted by 1VDG Lorraine & 2VDG Sally.
The book selected by Lion Ann is ‘Tears
in the Jungle” and sells for $25. Proceeds
are going to assist the authors buy back
habitat areas for the Orang utan and a
small portion will be donated to the Lions
Childhood Cancer Research Foundation.
Clubs should by now be working towards
organising their plans for the Youth of the
Year. District Chairman Lion Maxine

DG Allan’s
personal story
Past members remembered
Allan was born in Cooma, NSW on the16th
January 1948. Allan was the eldest of 11
siblings, 7 boys and 4 girls, and was raised
on the family farm at Nimmitabel.
His primary school education was at St Jo-
seph’s Convent, Nimmitabel, and his secon-
dary schooling was at St Michaels Agricul-
tural College, “Inveralochy”, Goulburn.
Allan’s early working career in Canberra
commenced in 1967 at the ACT Law Courts
as a clerk and progressed to Deputy Clerk of
Petty Sessions. He was a Justice of the
Peace for the ACT. In 1977, Allan joined
the ACT Fire Brigade and worked there
until 1987.
Allan married Ann in 1968 and they were
blessed with 3 boys, David, Gary, and Brett.
They spent their early married life in Can-
berra and in 1981 they moved to Braidwood
where they purchased a farm. In 1991 Allan
sold the farm and the family moved to Ulla-
dulla where he has been a resident since
then. Unfortunately, their eldest son, David,
was killed in an accident in 1991. Garry is
married and lives in Blakehurst, and has 2
daughters and 1 son. Brett lives in Narellan.
Allan and Ann have conducted a successful
business in Ulladulla for the past 12 years,
comprising costume hire, balloon decora-
tions, and wedding décor.
Allan has completed the Senior Lions Lead-
ership Institute, the Club Excellence Process
(CEP) Facilitator training, and the Global
Membership Team (GMT) & Global Lead-
ership Team (GLT) training.
Allan and Ann lead a very busy life; with
the commitments of an ever growing busi-
ness and an active Lions Club, there isn’t
much spare time. Somehow they keep in
contact with Allan’s large family, and their
close family, especially their 3 beautiful
grand-children.

A special welcome to
our new Lioness Val
Cartledge. Val was
inducted into the
Eden Lioness at their
Christmas in July dinner meeting, I’m told it
was a great evening and Santa’s Deputy
Assistant Apprentice did a wonderful job.
Mitre10, in Eden has invited the Lioness to
assist with their open day, focusing on their
nursery section, this is a good opportunity
for the Lioness to be seen out in the com-
munity, plus raising a few dollars as well.
They also have their Open Gardens week-
end coming up, on the 26th 27th October, this
is a very popular event, and just when they
are getting over that, the Whale Festival is
on the 2nd of Nov, they are going to enter a
float, so it will be all hands on deck.
I joined the Camden Lioness for DG Allan
and Ann’s official visit. It was a combined
dinner meeting with Camden Lions, this
was DG Allan’s first visitation for his year,
the standard was set very high and everyone
that attend had a wonderful evening.

Report
Wollongong Lioness will be participating in Youth of the Year and also Youth
Exchange.
I can tell you from experience, that their Youth of the Year dinner meeting is one
not to be missed, it’s held on the 22nd of Nov, I’m sure President Heather would
not mind visitors for this special evening. A Keira High student will be on her way
to Japan, under the Youth Exchange programme. Every year the club assists with
the Eisteddfod, the girls did 61 hours of service , congratulations on a job well
done.
Liverpool girls never stop, they did 134 hours assisting the local hospital with their
stall , not to mention all the work they do to stock their own street stalls. They also
donated $1925.00 to their entrant in the community challenge .
Every month you will find Oak Flats Lioness doing a sausage sizzle at Bunning’s,
this is proving to be a good way of raising much needed funds. Their Annual Duck
Derby is on the 26th of October, this is a unique event and worthwhile attending.
Shoalhaven Lioness are holding their annual Ladies Luncheon, on the 14th Sept.,
this is a “ Talk Fest” for all attending, it is held at A Wing and a Pear in Nowra.
The proceeds of the raffle are going to Clare Holman - Chres Village Orphanage -
Cambodia, I’ve written about Clare in a previous newsletter. Unbeknown to me
PDG Gary found about my passion for the Orphanage and Clare’s new Stepping
Out Programme and donated, on my behalf, for my work on cabinet, representing
Lioness, he donated the sum of $1,000.00 to the programme. I’m still coming
down to earth, best award I could ever receive.
The District Convention is coming up, 18th 19th 20th October , held at Ulladulla.
Our Lioness Forum is organised, our special guests for the Forum are MD Lioness
Chairman Lenore Howard and NSW Lioness Chairman Karin Mc Gann. I had the
pleasure of spending time with Lenore in QLD, and was thrilled when she said she
would come down for the convention. I know it is a busy time for you all but it
would be lovely to see you at the Forum.
Bye for now,
Lioness Kay Hardy

man the following year.
In 1965 he began over 30 years Save Sight
activities when he helped organise the first
major Lions sight project in South Australia
- a week long pro-
gramme of glaucoma
screening and educa-
tion about prevent-
able blindness. Bob
introduced amblyopia
(”lazy eye”) to the
Adelaide kindergar-
tens in 1971, later
extended throughout
SA and NT.
Through the next 15
years he conducted
regular screenings for
clubs in several districts with over 600,000
tests being completed in that time. The Li-
ons Professorial Chair of Ophthalmology at
Flinders University is largely a result of his
leadership in helping to raise $400,000 to
endow that appointment.
Dr Bob was elected to the Lions Interna-
tional Board in 1988, and at his first board
meeting he put forward a plan to establish a
global sight conservation program - now
known as SightFirst, one of the largest sight
related programs in the world.
In 1988 Bob was made a Member of the
Order of Australia “for his services to the
Lions Save Sight Foundation, both in Aus-
tralia and Internationally, since 1965”
Once LEHP-Australia expanded nationally
Bob was the inaugural SA Coordinator and
subsequently Deputy Chairman, serving in
those roles for many years. In honour of Dr
Bob’s contribution to LEHP and all sight
related programs.

PID Dr Bob
Coulthard Award
Dr Bob Coulthard is
one of the best known and respected members of our Lions organisation in Australia
and Overseas. LEHP-Australia recognises Dr Bob’s contribution in all areas of sight
conservation preservation and restoration and his invaluable contribution as a former
Deputy Chairman of LEHP- Australia. This award has been created as an opportunity
to recognise worthy recipients, a Lion, Lioness, Leo, or a non Lion, a business or
corporate benefactor. Purchases can be by: Clubs, Districts individuals or non Lion
entities.
Bob Coulthard joined the Lions Club of Marion SA in 1963 and has served four
terms as President. He was District Governor of S3 in 1982-83 and Council Chair-
The idea for Lions Hearing Dogs in Australia was conceived in 1980 when two Li-
ons Past District Governors, who were attending a Lions International Convention
in the USA, saw the good work of a hearing dogs training centre in Colorado.
The Lions Clubs of Australia agreed to support and fund a hearing dogs training
centre in Australia.
Lions bought a property at Verdun in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia and Gail
Gould from the American program came out for two years to start the Lions Hearing
Dog program.
The first Lions hearing dog was delivered in 1982 to a recipient from Adelaide. The
dog’s name was Amber and the Lions Club of Edwardstown sponsored the dog.
Amber died in 1995.
Since 1982 the Lions Hearing Dog Centre has placed nearly 500 hearing dogs with
recipients Australia wide.

Follow Your
Dream
Foundation
Australia
Launched
Lions Clubs International President Barry
Palmer AM, launched “The Follow Your
Dream Foundation—Australia” on 29th
August 2013 at the NSW Parliamentary
Lions Club’s Gala Dinner at Parliament
House, Macquarie Street, Sydney.
The objectives of the foundation are:
To support children and widows both
here and overseas particularly in the
areas of education and employment.
Around the world today it is increasingly
hard for children in developing countries to
get an education. There are opportunities
for the "Follow your Dream Foundation" to
become involved in building and running
schools or sponsoring children to go to
school.
There are also young men and women who
need assistance with starting up their own
business. We can help with assistance and
guidance as well as finance to help them.
There are pockets in Australia where chil-
dren are not able to continue their educa-
tion because of economic reasons or just a
lack of interest from the parents. Follow
your dream foundation can help with spon-
sorship and guidance.
Widows in a lot of societies are outcast.
They are denied family support and finan-
cial help or it is just not available to them.
By the "Follow your dream foundation" we
will be able to provide support in several
ways.
One way is with micro financing. We pro-
vide small loans for ladies to enable them
to set up a business and start earning an
income.
We can also make donations of sewing
machines to allow these women to make
clothing to sell.
We can provide a goat so they can have
milk in the family and the excess can be
sold and therefore gain an income. Ladies
are encouraged to increase their goat heard
so as the goat’s milk decreases the goat can
be killed for meat in societies where this is
allowed.
Countries identified as the initial areas to
work in. There are of course many more
are;
China
India
Africa
Indonesia
I have contacts in all these
areas (and many more) who
are prepared to help the chil-
dren and the widows.
We also have several other
Foundations who are ready
to partner with us.
Through Lions we have the
network around the world
that can make this happen.

Building work continues on our new 67 bed dormitory
and has now reached completion of the structural fram-
ing. Progress photographs below showing the struc-

mences.
The builder is aiming for com-
pletion by late October and we
are planning to have it fitted out
with furniture and equipment by
December 2013 ready for use in
early 2014.
Major support is now being
sought from the Lions family to
help fund the cost of furniture,

Bowral Lions Deliver Modified Bicycle for Disabled Bowral Boy
Five year old disabled Bowral boy Rex Philp
who suffers from a severe genetic disorder that
prevents him from normal activities like walk-
ing, talking and enjoying the usual activities
that we all take for granted has received a spe-
cially modified bike that allows him to “ride”
like other boys with help from Mum and Dad.
The bike was provided by the Lions Club of
Wollongong and presented to Rex and his par-
ents Cameron and Liza by members of the
Lions Club of Bowral.
The bike modifications were designed and
built by the volunteer organisation Technical
Aid for the Disabled (TAD). The adjustable
back support frame holds Rex on the bike and special stirrups fitted to the pedals
provide him with leg movement. A tow handle allows Mum or Dad to pull Rex
along.
The bike was delivered by Wollongong Lion Peter Howe and Wollongong Heights
Lioness Heather Howe as part of a state-wide Lions initiative with Technical Aid for
the Disabled (TAD)
Rex’s mum Liza de Martin and his
dad Cameron said that they are
delighted with the support provided
by Lions and TAD saying that the
bike provides a new dimension to
Rex’s therapy. By the smile on
Rex’s young face we are sure that
he will enjoy the bike.
Zone 9 Lions Clubs
Lions Club of Bowral with the help
of the other lions clubs within Dis-
trict 201N2 Zone 9 and Zone chair-
man Les Johnson, helped to fund
the modification of a vehicle for a
Five year old disabled Bowral boy Rex
Philp who suffers from a severe genetic
disorder that prevents him from normal ac-
tivities like walking, talking and enjoying
the usual activities that we all take for
granted.
The modification of this vehicle allows him
with help from Mum and Dad travel to Syd-
ney for regular hospital treatment, it also
allows the family to provide every possible
intervention to improve Rex’s quality of life
and allow him to reach his potential.
Rex’s mum Liza de Martin and his dad
Cameron said that they are delighted with
and cannot thank them enough for the sup-
port provided by Lions Clubs and for the
very first time in Rex’s life they are able to
go out as a family.
The van modifications ($12000) were
funded by donations from the Variety char-
ity ($5000), local charity
"Interchange" ($2500), and our own Zone 9
where each Club donated its share of the
remaining funds.

book and even made it to the local news
and newspaper!
We won that dream. We won $5000. That
was an amazing sentence to write,
so I'm going to write it again... We won
$5000! (Thanks to every one of the 4000
odd people who voted on-line for Dexter!
xx) We were hoping to buy Dexter a
walker with the money.
Because we were spreading Dexter's story
everywhere (and then a little further!),
a lot of people learned about Dexter. A lot
of people learned that we wanted to buy
him a walker to help him learn to walk…
And then, we were contacted by a
stranger... A beautiful, kind-hearted and
generous man... A man who saw Dexter
and reached for his wallet... A man who
heard Dexter's story and, within 30 min-
utes, had paid for a mobility walker for
Dexter!
We didn't know what to say... We spent
moments smiling and jumping with happi-
ness and moments sitting and shaking our
heads at the incredibility of it!
So, we had about a week to go in the com-
petition to win the $5,000, and we were
given the walker... Now, we dreamed we
could get a new standing frame for Dexter.
For the last month or so, Dexter has needed
to stand in the old frame, with the frame
backed up against the back of the lounge
chairs. This is the only way we could get
him to stop stepping out of the back of the
frame or throwing his head back. Because
of his cerebral palsy, when he threw his
head back, he didn't have the strength
to straighten up again and would cry out in
pain. We were afraid he would topple the
frame over, and really hurt himself.
And so, winning $5000 and having already
been given a walker, there was no ques-
tion... we were going to buy a new stand-
ing frame.
The company representative and Dexter's
amazing private physiotherapist, Zoe,
turned up, to test a few different models.
Strangely enough, Dexter fell asleep in all
of the standing frames he tested!
We chose one and ordered it... and the wait began.
But, today... the brand new standing frame arrived!!
We're so excited! We're not too sure where we will
store it... it will be used for a couple of hours every
morning, so needs to be close and handy - but, it is
pretty big! Never mind, we have it!
This is Dexter's new standing frame! (photo right) It's
very cool, very supportive and has a bowl that sits in
the tray so he can start to use his hands more. It will
grow with Dexter, so he will be able to use it safely
for many years to come.
The walker's brand is Leckey, and ‘Leckey’ has al-
ready made Dexter laugh and smile and reach for
things... Dexter's Mum is in love! She was washing
the dishes and could hear the rattling of toys and the
scratching of fingers on the table top. She found the
frame's bowl lifted from the frame tray and thrown on
the floor, and she heard chuckling.
She heard Dexter learning to play!
The Sunsuper Dreams money allowed this to happen...$5000
and the local Lions Clubs (Kiama Lions Club and Minnamurra Lions Club)
added the $1200, to cover the total cost of the standing frame.
Thank you! So much!

“Two Shoalhaven children with disabilities
were presented with a gift that will change
their lives.
Calom Thomas-Wellington from North
Nowra and Murray Buchanan from Cul-
burra Beach were given modified bicycles
that will allow them to get around like other
children their age.
Nowra Lions Club past President Mick Ison
and President Barrie Hepburn were proud to
present the bikes to the two families.
The boys were quick to mount up and could
not wait to explore their new-found inde-
pendence.
Sherese Thomas said when Calom test rode
the new bike, it was the first time he had
ridden.
“We had had been trying to get him a bile
for ages,” she said.
“He was very excited to see this one. He’s a
pretty active boy and this is one thing he’s
never been able to do,” Ms Thomas said.
It was a similar story for Leonie Greg-
orenko, who said it was the first time her
son Murray had sat on a bike.
“This is wonderful because he wasn’t
afraid. His sister Maddison is looking for-
ward to being able to go for rides with her
big brother,” she said.
The bikes and support frames were donated
by the Nowra Lions Club as part of a state-
wide Lions initiative.

PROGRESS REPORT
Thank you for your email of 9th Au-
gust acknowledging receipt of the
grant agreement and the pending for-
warding of the LCIF grant cheque
I believe from Nigel Jeny, that Pro-
gress Reports are accepted via email
hence I have attached photos of the
Patient & Carers Accommodation as it
stands 19th August.
At this stage the buildings are completed and the landscaping is well underway,
however the inside painting is yet to be completed.
The 1st delivery of furniture for the Patient & Carers Accommodation is due end of
August, beginning of September with complete fit out anticipated by early October
I have a meeting at the complex on 2nd October, and will ask for a walk through to
enable me to complete my final report.
Also the management have accepted the suggested LCIF & Shoalhaven Lions
Clubs recognition wording as indicated in my earlier reports.
I will be contacting IPDG Gary Parker to arrange for him to inspect and hand over
the Grant Cheque. Hopefully MD Co-ordinator PDG Nigel Jeny will also be in at-
tendance along with members of our Lions family who have been involved.
On the 27th November, we are having a combined Dinner meeting of all the Lions
Clubs involved, with the Deputy Chief Radiation Therapist & Change Manager
Ms.Marianne Rinks PhD. as our guest speaker.
I propose to present my final report to our District Cabinet meeting on 1st Decem-
ber for approval, after which I will forward to you via secure Postage.
I trust this Progress Report is acceptable and I thank you in anticipation.

Ulladulla Lions
50th Anniversary
On Saturday 31st August at the Ex Servos
Club in Ulladulla over 140 people joined
together to celebrate the 50 years since the
chartering of the Ulladulla Milton Lions
Club. The club was sponsored by the Li-
ons Club of Nowra.
Members from the past, their partners and
current members mingled happily remem-
bering events which Lions had been in-
volved with over the years. MC Vaughan
Sansom did a stirling job of keeping the
evening going - the raffle was wonderful
and the food pretty good too. John White
had been the first President of the club and
his wife Betty White gave a lovely poem
which was read out and then joined in with
DG Allan McDonald, organiser Bruce
Mitchell and current President Brian
Thompson to cut the huge cake, pieces of
which were then distributed throughout the
room.
Over fifty years of helping the local com-
munity has made the Ulladulla Milton Club
a well known name in our area. In the first
year of operation the club donated $400
locally and during the past fifty years the
club has raised and donated to the district
and Lions International over $1,000,000.
The amount of hours worked for the com-
munity is tremendous and the future looks
good for the club with new ventures start-
ing all the time.
Just that weekend the club opened it's Pre-
loved Books shop in Bellbrook Arcade,
Ulladulla. This venture acknowledges that
there are several members of our club who
are not the fittest - no longer able to climb
on rooftops to fit Santas and maybe not
happy with standing for hours selling
donuts in the van at the markets but who
are enthusiastic members and eager to give
their time for Lions. This project is enthu-
siastically welcomed by all club members
and hopefully will be a great economic
project for the coming years.
Current President and Zone 4 Chairman
Brian Thompson spoke of the Lions Foun-
dation which is being established in the
area to provide respite care which is badly
needed in the area. This great project will
involve many Lions hours and is eagerly
awaited by the community.
Currently the club had 68 members - al-
most 50/50 men and women and although
everyone enjoyed looking back at what has
been achieved by the club over the past 50
years, everyone is also thrilled at the ideas
that are coming forward to inspire mem-
bers and the general public about the work
of Lions in our area in the coming years.
Ulladulla Milton - a club with a proud Past and a Bright Future.
Remember we are hosting the District Convention in October----- Ulladulla - the
Place to Be in 2013 - with our own DG !!!

On 27 July Domino’s Pizza at Fairy Meadow had the CEO of Domino’s Don Meij
down for the day. They had won the right to have him when the franchise owner
Dharma Adhikari won an auction which supported the Domino’s staff in need of
assistance.
To make it a complete day they wanted to support a children’s foundation and ap-
proached Wollongong Lions Club who immediately supplied the Australian Lions
Children’s Mobility Foundation as the recipient of the day. Domino’s donated 50c
for every Pizza sold on the day and they sold 950 Pizzas as a result of one of their
$4.95 Pizza days. This gave a $475 donation from pizzas sold as well as donations of
over $600 received on the day. The donations included $220 received from the (Continued on page 13)

In July this year the nurses of NSW went on strike in
support of the campaign for improved staff to patient
ratios. A donation of $1700 has been made to the
Nurses Scholarship Foundation because of this strike.
Some of the staff from the local union branch at the
NSW Nurses & Midwives Association donated a few
hours of their pay to the Lions Scholarships in a show of solidarity to the members
during the nurses’ strike in support of Safer Patient Care.
“We felt if our members had to give up their pay then we should also give up some
of ours and a few of the staff decided to give to Lions Nurses Scholarships as I put it
forward as one of the 3 nominated charities” said Phillipe Millard who is a director
on the board of the Foundation.

donated to the foundation with a
further $62 received from the sale
of pins and books. The foundation
was advertised for the week pre-
ceding the event as well as heavily
on the day.
Domino’s CEO showed a keen
interest in the foundation and in
conversation we discovered that
his father had been a Lion. It was
obvious that he was displaying the
ethics of Lions with regard to how
he runs Dominos
The whole day was a “family fun
day with fairy floss all day and
music in the evening. There were
members from Wollongong Lions
there from the start of proceedings
until late evening. The enthusiasm
that was displayed by all the staff
made the day for us and all who
came. Both Don Meij and Dharma
Adhikari could not do enough for
us. Dharma told me later that he
could have sold 3 to 4 times the
pins as I had for the day. There is
the possibility of further support
from this store for Lions.

Lions continue the fight against measles and rubella
At the 2013 Hamburg International Convention, Lions announced their commitment
to continue our program to eliminate measles and rubella – “the One Shot, One Life
Lions Measles Initiative”.
Last year Lions completed the raising of $10 million. Every $2 was matched by the
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation with $1. The total $15 million is enabling Lions to
vaccinate 157 million children in Africa and Asia against measles.
The new challenge is for Lions to raise $30 million by our centenary year 2017.
Lions have entered into a partnership with the GAVI Alliance, whose mission is to
save children’s lives and protect people’s health by increasing access to immunisa-
tion in the world’s poorest countries. An organisation formed by the Bill & Melinda
Gates Foundation, the GAVI Alliance was formerly known as the ‘Global Alliance
for Vaccines and Immunisation’.
Lions $30 million will be matched dollar for dollar by the Department of Interna-
tional Development U.K. or the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, giving a total of
$60 million in the fight against measles and rubella.
Measles and rubella are highly infectious diseases that kill an estimated 430 people
every day, mostly children under five. Those who survive can be left with loss of
sight, hearing impairment, or brain damage.
This new partnership will enable Lions to continue to save lives with a simple inex-
pensive vaccine. Lions will play a key role in social mobilisation efforts by working
with local leaders, co-ordinating community level publicity and serving as volun-
teers at vaccination centres.
Lions Clubs and GAVI will work with ministries of health in developing countries
to ensure children are vaccinated against measles and rubella. Lions will also play a
key role in social mobilization efforts by working work with local leaders, coordi-
nating community-level publicity and serving as volunteers at vaccination centres.
Measles kills about 160,000 people annually, mostly children under age five. GAVI
provides the measles vaccine in a single shot with the vaccine against rubella
(German measles).
Lions Clubs has committed to raising US$30 million for GAVI immunization pro-
grams by 2017, when Lions Clubs celebrates its 100th anniversary. Under the GAVI
Matching Fund, the UK and Gates Foundation match contributions to GAVI from
corporations, foundations, their members, customers, employees and business part-
ners with a goal of raising US$260 million for immunization through 2015.
