MESSAGE FROM THE CURRENT MCPDear MCP candidate,

On behalf of AIESEC in Costa Rica I am proud and thrilled to open applications forMCP 1516. 11 months ago I was sitting on your place, filling out the most important application of my life and after 4 months of my term I still cannot believe I am alreadylooking for my successor.

Being an MCP means being visionary, going where no one went ever before, but with feet strong on the ground. It means creating something bigger than yourself andcreating a footprint. This footprint will be shown not only on 130 members of AIESECin Costa Rica, but also countless young students, enterprises and other stakeholders that you will impact through every-day decisions as MCP. Moreover, you and your team will be challenged to drive 2015 vision as well as create the basefor the future 2020. One thing I can tell you for sure – it’s the best job in the world thatevery year only 125 brave individuals are able to live!

Applying for MCP position is a brave move as it embeds a lot of responsibility, endurance and passion for the organization. For the next few weeks you will be challenged as never before, thinking about yourself, the organization and the impactyou can create. My advice to you is to be true to yourself, enjoy the process and simply be the best version of yourself.

Good luck!

Zdenka PajtasovaMCP 1415, AIESEC in Costa Rica
