Master Conveyors, founded in 2000, specialized in the production of various conveyor systems. As the company grew and with the addition of such services as design & build and custom fabrication, owners Abe and John Klassen decided to rebrand their company to MC3 Manufacturing Inc.

Headquartered in Canada, MC3 Manufacturing is dedicated to ultimate quality for three main capabilities:

• Design and Build: We offer design build solutions for material handling conveyors, wash housings, machine enclosures, and more.

• Custom Fabrication: We fabricate products from stainless & mild steel and aluminum. Custom fabrication includes guarding for machines, platforms, steps, railings, and more.

• Conveyors & Filtration: We manufacture standard conveyors, filtration products and complete turnkey chip conveyor systems.

MC3 Manufacturing places great emphasis on having the right systems in place and improving them to ensure that they offer the best possible value to the customer with every order. Our company continually works to improve productivity, and update equipment and practices to provide quality products at competitive rates. On-time delivery rates are excellent.

Growth and expansion has been common practice for the company. MC3 has grown from its original 10,000 square foot building in Oldcastle, Ontario to its operation between two facilities totaling 33,000 square feet in nearby Kingsville.

Even though the brothers have enjoyed success since their venture began, Abe and John continue to strive for business excellence to remain leaders in their industry.

initial meeting: The first step in the process will be to meet and discuss the needs of the client.

Develop Concept: Once we have an understanding of your project, our manufacturing experts will put together design concepts that will meet and exceed your project specifications.

Budgeting: Upon approval of the design concepts, our budgeting team will prepare a quote that will focus on completing the project at a competitive market rate.

Drawing Design: Depending on the scope of the project, a design drawing may be required. This drawing will be created by the MC3 Manufacturing experts and sent to the client for final approval.

Build Products & run off: Upon final approval of drawings, the MC3 Manufacturing experts will build the products to specifications. If required, we will also complete a run off to test the system. MC3 Manufacturing pride themselves on creating top quality builds to ensure our clients receive a first class product.

Deliver & install: Once the client is 100% satisfied with the component, MC3 Manufacturing will deliver and install the component inside the plant. Our install will include a series of tests to ensure the component is functioning as required.

What type of conveyor & filtration systems do we carry?hinged steel Belt Conveyors: The MC3 hinged steel belt conveyors are a proven performer in the machining and metal forming industry. Metal chips from machining metal parts and scrap from metal forming are typical applications for our 1.5” pitch and 2.5” pitch, hinged steel belt conveyor. Larger 4”, 6”, and 9” pitch are also available for heavy scrap moving needs.

magnetic Chip and Parts Conveyors: The MC3 magnetic conveyors are ideal for conveying wet or dry cast iron chips, steel slugs, scrap, and ferrous parts. The magnetic conveyor has a totally enclosed machine frame to protect the chain, ceramic magnets, and gear drive from contamination. The stainless steel slider bed provides a wear resistant surface for chips and metal parts. The magnetic conveyor is built to suit the physical requirements of your installation.

Drag-out Conveyors: MC3 drag-out conveyors provide an economical solution for filtering andtransporting fine chips. For wet chips or turnings, the drag-out conveyor canprovide efficient coolant filtration. Drum filters, box filters, and bag filters are available. Box filters provide filtration to 250 microns. The abrasion resistantbottom and replacement cleats provide a low maintenance conveyor solution.

Filter Conveyors: The MC3 Filter Conveyor is ideal for any chip removal application that requires a coolant filtration system. It’s designed to filter coolant and remove metal chips and fines down to 50 microns nominal and features a self-cleaning drum filter with a back-wash system. The MC3 Filter Conveyor has a dual conveyor system with an upper hinged steel belt to handle large, heavy loads and a lower drag out system to remove fine particles. Its proven design provides for low maintenance and durability and it is available in any size and configuration for special applications.
