mc2 architettura works on urban and architectural contemporary design, based on energy efficiency criteria and use of eco friendly materials. Our team designs plans and supervies construc-tion sites for new buildings and renovations.

mc2 architettura has two offices, in Firenze and in San Vin-cenzo, which allows us to work all around Tuscany.The studio follows each phase of the project and supplies the fol-lowing complementary services: administrative paperwork assis-tance for any kind of authorization, feasibility studies and finan-cial plan, construction safety management, land registry services, survey and evaluation on real estate properties, legal assistance on buying and selling and on civil lawsuit, energy class certification.
