The proportion of buildings in them exceeds 30% since they consume one-third of the world's energy (World Green Building Council annual report, 2016). Standard complete set of a «Clean Energy House» is equipped with the following:

• Breathable energy-saving shell of a house Energy-saving building materials that do not require insulation, energy-efficient

window structures, correct geometry and building orientation with respect to the cardinal directions - all this allows not only

keeping the heat, but also making the most out of passive solar heating.

• Photovoltaic system (PVS) with the function of discharging the generated electricity into the existing network and into the

storage system.

• Geothermal heat pump (GHP) Heating and cooling, hot water supply. Has a built-in water heater, the function of heating

the water in the pool, a backup electric boiler. It works with the two heating systems with different temperatures, such as

floor heating and radiator heating.

• Energy storage system The storage system serves to provide an energy reserve sufficient for complete autonomy, taking

into account the effectiveness of PVS and GHP, which gives protection against interruptions and sudden power cut-offs.

• Smart system of energy management Distribution of energy in real time with maximum efficiency. Monitoring, analysis,

and coordination of the energy generation and consumption by devices, equipment, storage system and general power

supply network.

• Mechanical combined extract-and-input system of ventilation with heat recuperation In winter, warm outgoing air

heats up the cold incoming air. In summer, the incoming warm air is cooled in a special ground collector. All processes

occur without energy expenditure due to geothermal exchange.

collects rainwater for daily living needs.

• Electric car Environmentally friendly transport, charged with electricity at home or a general power supply network. It is

cheaper to operate and safer, and the range of the best models is already comparable with gasoline cars.
