Marketing and sales both are generally aimed at increasing revenue. Although they seem quite

similar there is a huge difference between the two. However in small organizations the same !eo!le ty!ically !erform both sales and marketing tasks. "ut marketing is nevertheless different

from sales and as the organization grows the roles and res!onsibilities become more s!ecialized.

through communication and high visibility. *his style of leadershi! requires the involvement of 

management to meet goals. 9eaders focus on the big !icture within an organization and delegate

smaller tasks to the team to accom!lish goals.
