Drive for Change will connect WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff to the tools, information and people we need to allow us to deliver projects in the most effective and efficient way.

A technology supported environment accessed through Sharepoint, will provide on-demand access to information via portals and collaborative document management systems that will enable global collaboration, both internally and externally. Drive for Change will rationalise and leverage software for effective project use. Simultaneous multi user access to data across multiple regions will be enabled via smart caching. Engineering and technical knowledge sharing will be provided by leveraging and improving the current Parsons Brinckerhoff practice area networks (PANs), which will be linked to portal-based libraries, technical guidance and learning facilities supported by an engineering help desk.
