Maya 2011 will have to use a separate license le. Previous version licensing o Maya can be done through the Subscription

Center or eligible customers can use their existing license le to unlock previous versions.

4. Compatibility and Interoperability. How does Maya 2011 integrate with other Autodesk products?

he Autodesk FBX 2011 sotware le interchange ormat allows users to more easily transer assets to and rom

Autodesk 3ds Max 2011 sotware, Autodesk Sotimage 2011 sotware, Autodesk MotionBuilder 2011 sotware and

Autodesk Mudbox 2011 sotware as well as any other content creation package that supports FBX, making Maya a

omplementary package that enhances new or existing production pipelines.

6. Subscription

. What is included as part o Autodesk Subscription?

Autodesk Subscription provides customers with access to the latest release made available during the term o their

ontract. This includes major releases and Autodesk Subscription Advantage Pack (previously known as product extensions),

earning resources, access to a technical knowledge base, and the entitlement to use certain previous versions o Maya.

Note: Customers must have all their Maya seats (whether standalone or network licenses) on Autodesk Subscription or

Autodesk Subscription with Gold Support otherwise, Autodesk Subscription and Autodesk Subscription with Gold

Yes. Customers who purchase an upgrade to Maya 2011 will be considered current and will be able to purchase Autodesk

ubscription. Autodesk standard policy requires Subscription to be purchased at the same time as the license is purchased.

the Subscription and license purchase do not occur together, the ollowing rules apply:

Subscriptioncanbelateattachedforuptoone(1)yearafterthedateofpurchaseforthecurrentproductsonly.

Subscription will be back dated to the license purchase date. There is a late ee or late attaching Subscription to

current product more than -days ater purchase.

.5 How long ater a customers Subscription lapses do they have to renew without a penalty or additional charges?

Customers can renew their Autodesk Subscription contract up to thirty () days past the contract expiration date without

enalty or additional charges.
