NOTE - CFSA 2019 update: Congratulations! Again, we did it! We exceeded our goal!! Thank you for your generosity and response to Catholic Family Sharing Appeal for 2019. Our goal this year is $118,500. We have received a pledged amount of close to $125,000. This includes over 30% of our families. We have over 1300 families in our parish and hope for 100% participation. Remember, all the money over our goal stays with our parish for our own needs. The overage this year will be placed in a growing fund for the restoration of our stained glass windows. The amount you give now will help beautify our church. God bless! Fr. Mark

We welcome Bishop Paul Swain to our parish this weekend. Bishop will be doing a blessing for our new organ after the 11:30am Mass and then preside at the Confirmation for the students at Sacred Heart Parish, Saint Mary’s Parish and Sacred Heart Parish, Westport. We are grateful for our Bishop and his faithful work in our Diocese. We are also excit-ed to have 59 young people and their families join us today at Sacred Heart Parish. Please pray for all those who will be receiving Confirmation today and for all of those who have already received Confirmation. We ask that the Holy Spirit come down upon all of us gathered in this place and fill us with the gifts of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, fear of the Lord, right judgement, courage, and reverence. We certainly need the Spirit’s guidance in our world today! Let the Holy Spirit breath on us new life and raise up many faith-filled leaders for the future. Congratulations and we are looking forward to joining many of you for food and refreshments! God bless your week! Fr. Mark
