This internet-based facility, accessible from the PPS Investments website, provides you with instant access to your investment information 24/7, 365 days a year. It also allows you to make changes to your portfolio or process investment transactions.

For those of you who aren’t already registered, here are a few reasons you may want to do so:

Easy online access to your investments

1) the information you need, whenever you need it.

Our Client Service Centre is always ready to assist, but if you need immediate access to your investment information it’s only a few clicks away. View your investment balances and access investment reports fast and hassle-free, no matter what time of day.

2) the option to do it yourself.

Our Secure Online Services provides a protected online portal from which to transact. Log on to submit an application for an ad hoc investment contribution, switch the unit trusts you are invested in, make changes to standing debit orders and update the personal details we have on record for you*.

*Certain transactions may require supporting documentation to be sent to the PPS Investments Client Service Centre.

3) Rest assured: It’s secure.

In addition to ensuring the security of our server, access to your online account is password protected: You choose your own username and your own user password. When transacting, we’ve built in an additional layer of authentication by the use of a Random Verification Number (RVN). The RVN is a unique and time-sensitive PIN that will be sent via SMS to the cellphone number we have on record for you. The RVN is valid during a single login only and will be required before transactions are processed. Of course, it is also important to keep your login details safe and to let us know if your cellphone number changes.
