MaxVU Mode Structure
There are 3 main modes (or menus) on the device –
1. User Mode2. Setup Mode3. Advanced Configuration Mode User Mode - the live screen used for normal operation The process variable is always be seen in this mode
Setup Mode – allows access to the most important parameters
Advanced Configuration Mode - Adu gives access to all parameters via sub-menus

The User Mode is the normal operating mode.

From a sub-menu in Advanced Configuration Mode do this twice:
• Once to return to Advanced Configuration Mode (Adu)• Hold r and press u to exit Adu
You will return to the normal User Mode with the PV displayed

Alarm 1 = Band alarm 450.0°F (hysteresis of 5)
Alarm 2 = Process low alarm 300.0°F (hysteresis of 1)
