Bosch TCE 4430-24/4435-24 and TCE 4470/4475 tilt-back tyre changers provide a range

of innovative features designed for maximum speed, performance and durability – even

for the toughest UHP or RFT passenger car and light commercial tyres. With the addition of

a special accessory kit, these machines can also handle motorcycle tyres. Bosch TCE330,

the new helper arm device is especially designed for tyre specialists and high volume

workshops. Both tyre changers can also be equipped with the lift TSL 230 which allows

you to work always in an ergonomic position.

TLL 130 – tyre leverless systemMovement of the TLL 130 allows to perfectly follow the rim profile making easier the access of the tools and allowing perfect bead extraction. The hexagonal vertical arm allows less flexion ensuring the best results. The upgraded TLL 130 with it`s new surface treatment is approved from WDK and BMW.

IT – inflation technology Tyre inflation and blast of air are controlled by pedal Tyre inflation assistance system through the jaws, which thanks to the new

design, guarantees higher air jet power Tyre inflation system is controlled by a side pedal and is up to 25 % faster

than similar devices.

ergo Control (patent pending) system: a revolution in tyre changingThey can be equipped with the NEW Ergo Control: the bead breaker is controlled by the handle rather than a pedal making the bead breaking operation safe, quick, precise and comfortable.

Ergonomic working position – the back is less stressed with respect to the traditional system, just stand in front of the wheel.

Increased safety – the use of the main bead breaker lever (patented) avoids shock to the operators arm making bead breaking a safe operation.

Maximum control – the control by using the lever gives the operator a maximum of sensitivity.

Increased speed – the bead breaker can be stopped immediately the bead is unseated - no need to fully open or close the blade.

Less cost – reduction of air consumption.

TCe 330 – helper arm device: ergonomic and flexibleThe TCE 330 is a pneumatic device featuring two separately controlled arms which simplify mounting and demounting of UHP and RFT tyres. TCE 330 is designed to offer a great user experience, control switches are placed to be accessible from any working area and together with the higher positioning of the follower arm facilitate all operations on the tyre bead.

TSL 230 – simple and easy to useAll new tyre changer platforms can be upgraded with the TSL 230 which allows the operator to always work in an ergonomic position. The TSL 230 is mounted on the right side of the machine next to the bead breaker which allows for improved productivity. The lift is also equipped with an integrated roller board which leads to an easier and faster bead breaking operation.

G-Frame: durable and functional designAt the heart of the new tyre changers is the unique Bosch G-Frame concept. This advanced design feature increases the rigidity of the machine to shorten the flow of internal forces and providing superior control handling tyre and rim. It also improves the speed of the tyre change.

Innovation and user-friendlinessThe two-speed turntable is easily operated using a pedal. In the 230 V version, a special electronic system automatically ensures higher torque and a smooth start. The revised design of the turntable makes it easier to clamp the rim. The redesigned jaw protectors allow internal clamping of steel rims without time-consuming conversion. The integrated tyre inflation system is controlled by a side pedal.
