You can then identify the necessary response the situation requires – allowing you to respond to a high water alarm, low or high prod-uct alarm, or check a delivery or a sensor alarm.

You control who gets what…and when. You can easily schedule various reports: inventory, delivery and alarms, etc. We monitor your critical alarms in the background and escalate (if you choose) to your service contractor to attend and resolve. Remote fuel man-agement enables you to manage your fuel in your tanks as if you were actually there.

It’s actually very simple. You can be anywhere in the world, and as long as you have access to the internet, you can access our secure web portal and your fuel tanks.

Upon login, you decide which sites and tanks you want to look at to know the precise fuel level, the ullage, the temperature, or if any water is present. Or, you may be more interested in managing your tanks by exception. This enables you to access accurate informa-tion about what sites and tanks require your attention.

How does Fuelsuite work?

Our fuel management portal gives you the power to decide what information you want from any of your sites’ fuel systems - how often you want it, how current it needs to be, who receives it and when. You decide how many users have access and what they see – YOU control YOUR fuel system.

Fuelsuite either polls Automatic Tank Gauge’s [ATG] directly, or where more information is available via Fuelscan, communicates with ATG’s, pump communications, and a vast range of sensor inputs at your fuel station. Our servers then collect the information making it available to you – removing the need for someone to visit site to manually collect data, check sensors and monitor wells.

Event process management EMS will establish (at the time of creating your site) rules within our database that are specific to each critical event escalation process, so that, should a critical alarm (i.e. water or leak) occur, a pre-defined process will be invoked to acknowledge, record and escalate the event to your chosen persons(s) or contractor(s) for prompt attention.
