SCHOOL VIOLENCE in ARGENTINA

• Argentina: one of the safest countries in this matter.

• Crimes: until the first shootings the crimes were kidnapping, street shootings or carjackings

• The Problem: it is not as terrible as in USA but it is becoming more common.

POLICIES TAKEN in ARGENTINA

• More police officers at schools.

• More rigorous controls at schools

• Even security cameras.

POSSIBLE CAUSES in ARGENTINA

• Fights between the victim and the attacker.

• A neglecting family. • Discrimination.

• Continuous failure in life.

SCHOOL VIOLENCE in the WORLD

• USA: they blame music, games, and so on. It’s the country with more violence.

• UK: 7000 in 2003 most in primary • GERMANY: they blame games because

of their agression.

POLICIES TAKEN in the REST of the WORLD

• USA: metal detectors. Security cameras. Police officers.

• ENGLAND: more discipline in schools. They have action plans.
