Remote transactions on the internet or by telephone are protected by a powerful user authentication device (Token Card with a one-time password mode) manufactured by RSA.

MR. NGUYEN DIEP TUNG - Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Nguyen Diep Tung is currently also the CEO of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company.

MR. NGUYEN VAN TRUNG - Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Nguyen Van Trung is currently the Deputy General Director of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company and the Head of Ho Chi Minh City Branch of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company.

MR. DO SON GIANG - Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Do Son Giang is currently the Deputy General Director and the Director of Financial and Accounting Department of FPT Information System Company.

MR. NGUYEN KHAC THANH - Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Nguyen Khac Thanh is currently Deputy General Direc-tor of FPT Corp. and the Deputy Director of FPT University

MR. EIICHIRO SO - Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Eiichiro So is the representative of SBI Holdings, Inc. in Hanoi

July 13, 2007: FPTS is officially incorporated with a registered capital of VND200 billion after the Company receives the Certificate of Establishment and Operation from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

November 19, 2007: HCM City Branch is set up.

December 2007: The registered capital is increased to VND440 billion.

September 6, 2008: Danang City Branch is set up.

April 2011: The registered capital is increased to VND550 billion (The company issues shares in private placement to SBI Securities Co., Ltd.)

June 2012: The registered capital is increased to VND733,323,900,000.

In 2013: FPTS is named one of six Best Securities Companies in 2013 by Hanoi Stock Exchange. The company tops the list of securities companies rated with the Set of Securities Company Evaluation Criteria developed and introduced for the first time by HNX.

June 2015: The registered capital is increased to VNĐ806.648.700

From 2009 to present: FPTS is always one of 10 biggest securities com-panies by brokerage share on HOSE, HNX and UPCoM exchanges.

NGUYEN DIEP TUNG (MR.)

Mr. Nguyen Diep Tung has worked for the FPT Group for the past 20 years. From 2004 to 2006, he was a member of the FPT Board of Management and the Chief of the Finance and Accounting Department. With many years experience in the financial sector, he was responsi-ble for financial management and providing strategic advice in capital utilization and mobiliza-tion for the Group. He also has extensive experience in managing senior personnel and has wide networks with leading enterprises and financial organizations in Vietnam and overseas.
