VRINDAVAN: SCHOOL PLUS

• Contribute to the government school

system in the cluster

• Interventions to support govt. schools in

providing and merging two seemingly different needs – conceptual learning and holistic personality development.

INTERVENTIONS1. उत्कर्ष – moving towards excellence through sports & yoga

2. अध्ययन एवं संवाद कें द्र (ASK) – generating curiosity & making knowledge accessible

3. अन्तःपे्ररणा – dialogue and workshop with teachers – role-awareness & efficiency

4. सन्मतत – children and youth coming together to discuss & solve local problems

5. गौरव – Find a hero for your class and school (based on certain parameters after discussion in class), understand hero’s characteristics and imbibe them through small steps

6. कहानी के बीतें ददन – reviving storytelling, value education and life-skills through storytelling

7. ववमर्ष - Regular interaction with parents to receive and share feedback

8. संभावना - Enabling innovations and sharing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge via ‘computer and internet’

9. राही - Using travel as education

10. अभ्यास - Improve learning levels in Maths and English

11. वववेक ववज्ञान उत्सव – learners’ event/festival where key stakeholders are invited (culmination of all the interventions done during six month period)
