BOJ

Cellulose Fibre material with Styrene Butadiene binder. General purpose gasket material suitable for sealing water, oil and fuel where bolt loading, temperatures and pressures are low. i.e.: thermostats, timing cover gaskets water, fuel and oil pumps.

FLEXOID

Cellulose fibre impregnated with plasticised gelatine. General purpose gasket material suitable for fuel, oil and coolant up to 120ºC.

N8092

Used in automotive, small engine and compressor applications. It has excellent crush resistance at high flange pressures, and excellent sealing properties with oil, fuel, and water. Intended for applications with short duration, maximum temperatures up to 180ºC.

S207Reinforced Cellulose “Controlled Swell” with latent cure binder. Seals oils, coolant and low-pressure steam. Significant thickness increase occurs at internal gasket edge improving sealability. Operating heat vulcanises the material to limit further swelling and provide fully cured performance. Suits temperatures below 180ºC.

N8094

Reinforced Cellulose with fully cured Nitrile Butadiene binder. N8094 is an economical material exhibiting very good crush resistance at high flange pressures. Recommended for sealing oil, fuels and water below 180ºC.

GENERAL PURPOSE

CFM (COMPRESSED FIBRE MATERIAL)

Compressed Fibre Material with synthetic rubbers reinforced with organic and inorganic fibres. Suitable for applications with higher bolt loads. Recommended for temperatures up to 150ºC and pressures up to 50 bar (580 psi).

Permaseal perforated steel core laminated between graphite facing material. Suitable for applications where temperatures are high and change rapidly such as exhaust manifolds.

DSM (DOUBLE SIDED MATERIAL)

Permaseal perforated steel core laminated between fibre facing material. Suitable for applications where temperatures are high and change rapidly such as exhaust manifolds and flanges.

BRASS

An assortment of Brass Shim sheets in the following thicknesses: 0.05, 0.08, 0.10, 0.12, 0.25mm. Size tolerance +/-5%

CORK RUBBER

High quality Styrene Butadiene (SBR) – Cork composite. Compressive strength >70Mpa. Exhibits low sealing stress and is suitable for rocker covers, oil pans, etc.

OTHER

DSF (DOUBLE STEEL FACED)

Fibre core laminated between two Permaseal perforated steel sheets. Suitable for applications where temperatures are high and change rapidly such as exhaust manifolds and flanges.

MANIFOLD

HEATSHIELD

Unique corrugated construction, aluminised steel outer shell and thermal silicate wool core. Heat shield is light weight, offers a high temperature thermal barrier and sound attenuation. Suits engine bay temperatures 800-900ºC. Finished product thickness: 4.45mm.
