More power, lower uel consumption and that is

just the beginning: The new MHL360 E raises the bar

in the eld o cutting-edge scrap handling technology

with an even more sophisticated hydraulic system,

energy recovery, and a highly comortable cockpit

    than previous models.

With its combination o power and reduced

emissions, as well as a hydraulic system that is both

powerul and sensitive at the same time,

the machine makes it possible to complete

    even the most challenging material

    handling tasks smoothly and

    eciently.

SETTING NEW STANDARDSIN PERFORMANCEThe new MHL360 E

With an operating weight o 43.5 48.8 tonnes and a reach

    o up to 18 m, the MHL360 E is a veritable scrap handling

    powerhouse

    Ideal or use at ports

A new hydraulic system design provides improved handling

    capacity and eciency

Excellent stability thanks to a wide undercarriage base and

    reinorced steel structure

BlueEVOLUTION technology means the MHL360 E is

ready or todays strict emission standards

    YOUR HIGH-SPECWORK STATION

The MHL360 E operator control environment sets new standards in ergonomics

and comort. Even on the toughest jobs, our exclusive new generation oair-cushioned driver seats make this a good place to work. Intuitive joystick

control, a multi-unction button and keys or direct access to individual machine

unctions all make machine operation simple. All the relevant inormation

is clearly presented to the driver on a high-resolution, high-contrast display

screen. Structural saety has also been improved by strengthening the

protective steel cab structure to meet the latest EU Machinery Directive. The

driver is assisted by a rear-view camera (tted as standard), which provides an

excellent overview o the region behind the machine.

Reducing the workload. Relieving the stress.

Comortable interior equipment drivers seat design based

    on latest ergonomics research

Intuitive machine controls simple-to-operate joystick, direct access to key unctions

Everything in view job-relevant inormation clearly

displayed on the central highres, highcontrast WVGA colour

display screen, with anti-glare shield tted as standard

Simple start/stop button (operates when ignition

    switched on)

Improved eld o view and an even better view to the rear

when reversing or perorming complex manoeuvres thanks

to the integral rear-view camera, tted as standard

The whole cab concept is designed to support the driver and

lighten his load, and promote a comortable and productive

    environment

    Ergonomically designed, well

planned interior. Aided by the colour

display and the operator console, the

driver can easily control every majorunction rom the quiet comort o

his seat in the centre o the sound-

    prooed cab

    Standard equipment: the rear-view

    FASTER AND MORE

    PRECISE THAN BEFORE

The machines sophisticatedhydraulic system is yet anotherTerex Fuchs highlight

The new hydraulic system design o the MHL360 E

provides even greater power and handling eciency

than beore. The use o separate circuit systems

means that the swiveling unit can be orceully started

and stopped without this having an impact on the

rest o the hydraulic system. In addition, it makes it

possible to perorm simultaneous swiveling and liting

maneuvers at high speeds with utmost precision even when handling large loads. The energy

recovery system in the hydraulic system is also an

innovation worth mentioning: When the superstructure

retards, the braking energy is ed back into the main

pump. Moreover, standard hose rupture valves with

regeneration helps ensure that the system requires

lower pump delivery rates, saving additional energy

in the process. These eatures not only reduce the

load on the engine, but also increase the machines

handling capacity up to 20% compared to the D-series

while maintaining the same levels o uel consumption.

The new MHL360 E eatures a highly ecient cooling system:

Advanced fow design, sel-regulating an drive, and thermally

insulated cooling systems provide outstanding cooling

perormance even under adverse conditions. Maintenance is

easier by design: Special access steps, large standing platorms

improve accessibility to all components, and a clearly-arranged

electrical system all help reduce service complexity04

    PERFORMANCE UP,

EMISSIONS DOWNBlueEVOLUTION: The future generation stronger, quieter and cleaner than everEvolution means a continuous development o thegood to the even better. Terex has employed this

philosophy on our Terex Fuchs material handlers

rom the beginning, making us the innovation leader

in this market. The driving orce o these eorts is

our aim to provide the most modern technologies

and the best quality to you, our customer.

BlueEVOLUTION represents our latest step orward,

    an all-embracing intelligent set o energy-related

measures harmonizing, perormance, resourcesaving, and operating costs.

Eciency and innovation are at the heart o

BlueEVOLUTION. The new MHL360 E has been

equipped with a more powerul turbo-diesel engine,

which not only boasts an impressive increase

in output, but also uses signicantly less uel

protecting the environment and reducing your costs

at the same time. The engines high-perormance

cooling unit keeps the engine at the ideal

temperature level, and thus increases its eciency.

The engine works in harmony with our load sensinghydraulic system, which provides the power you

need on demand, but doesnt waste uel generating

excess hydraulic fow. The complete package oers

    a uture-oriented solution or perormance-oriented

material handling businesses with a strong sense o

responsibility who are already thinking o tomorrow

The lit capacity values are stated in metric tons (t). The pump pressure is 360 bar. In accordance with

ISO 10567 the lit capacity values represents 75% o the static tipping loads or 87% o the hydraulic

liting orce (marked ). On solid and l evel ground the values apply to a swing range o 360. The (...)

values apply in the longitudinal direction o the undercarriage. The values or not supported only applyvia the steering axle or the locked oscillating axle. The weights o the attached load hoisting equipment

(grab, load hook, etc.) must be deducted rom the lit capacity values. The working load o the liting

devise must be observed. In accordance with the EN 474-5 or object handling application hose rupture

valves on the boom and stick cylinders, an overload warning device and the lit capacity table in the cab

are required. For object handling application the machine has to be supported on a level ground.

ISO 10567 the lit capacity values represents 75% o the static tipping loads or 87% o the hydraulic

liting orce (marked ). On solid and level ground the values apply to a swing range o 360. The (...)

values apply in the longitudinal direction o the undercarriage. The values or not supported only apply

via the steering axle or the locked oscillating axle.
