Management functions are the basic elements that exist in the

process that management made in reference to implement

activities to achieve a tujan. Management function was first

introduced by Henry Fayol (a industrualis French) at the

beginning of the 2th centuryerdapat dua macam fungsi manajemen yaitu

Fungsi organik dan fungsi pelengkap ! fungsi organik adalah fungsi mutlak yang

di jalankan oleh sebuah manajemen. Sedangkan fungsi pelengkap adalah semua

fungsi yang harus di jalanka untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
