CHILD CAREWant to be in an aerobic program or just work out at the center but have a little one at home you need someone to watch? We have child care Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5-8pm and Saturdays from 8:15-10:30am. The cost per child is $1.50 per hour. Parents are required to stay in the building while your child is in child care. There is no childcare in the summer.

Chef’s CornerThis class covers 4 food courses; app's, soup, main entrée, and, of course, dessert! Kids learn how to measure, understand kitchen terms, work with different kitchen appliances, bake, read a recipe, and learn how to use creative ways to re-invent basic ingredients, all while having a complete hands-on experience with an instructor! What you cook is yours to eat! At the end of the 4 week session, students get to take home all recipes and a special craft to com-memorate their experience. Braids, Buns & Easy UpdosClass one (Feb. 28) is an introductory class for beginners. Using your model, you will follow the instructor as she leads the class in a French braid, fishtail braid, messy bun, and a simple and stylish updo. Class two (March 21) will teach advanced techniques. Using your model, you will follow the instructor as she leads the class in a Dutch braid, headband braid, pancake braid and a fun and stylish updo. Materials provided.
