We typically encourage clients to schedule between 3 – 5 Masterclasses to see some sustainable shifts in the behaviours of their team.

Logistics and Activation

• 5 – 50 participants • From 1.5 hours to full day sessions • Facilitated face-to-face by UBalancer

Coaches who are experts on the facilitation topic

• UBalancer will get a detailed brief from the Client on the needs of the team and will tailor the Masterclass accordingly

• Sessions are typically held onsite at the Client offices, but we highly recommend that half to full day sessions are held offsite so participants can feel energised and focused

• After the completion of the Masterclass, UBalancer will provide Clients with a Summary which captures key learnings and insights

• Participants also receive a suite of relevant Resources after the Masterclass so they can continue to embed their learnings

• Ability to incorporate memorable team building activities, such as team drumming

The CHANGE Leader Workshop Series was specifically designed to bring key principals and frameworks of the SEI: Leading Through Change (SEI LTC) Profiling Report to life in a collaborative, engaging and memorable way.

The Workshops take teams on a transformational 'change readiness' journey, better equipping them with the practical skills, knowledge and tools to collectively navigate and lead through change well.

Created by Alison Lalieu (Author of the SEI LTC & CEO of UBalancer Solutions), these Masterclasses are designed to follow on from each other, so participants can find FLOW in the way they understand change and develop skills to navigate/ lead well through uncertainty.

The Masterclasses are applicable to any Change Situation – while the foundation of the content is set, the context and application will be tailored to meet your teams specific needs!

6 x CHANGE Workshops: - Up to 20 participants - 2.5 hour sessions - Sessions facilitated every 6 weeks; approx. 9 month program - 1 Handout per Workshop - 2 Resources per Workshop 60 min zoom session with Alison to discuss your team's Change Situation and gather a brief on the key desired outcomes
