San Sebastián Food is the Basque Country’s original guide company focused entirely on the region’s culinary attractions. Featured everywhere from Vanity Fair to Financial Times, SSF is the name in luxurious gourmet travel in Northern Spain.

In 2015, SSF opens a brand new cooking school within Hotel Maria Cristina, a Luxury Collection Hotel and one of Spain´s grandest hotels. The SSF Beronia Cooking School offers a roster of delicious, innovative, and enjoyable cooking courses in a state-of-the-art cooking environment.

The school is located in the heart of San Sebas-tian along the River Urumea, next to the city centre and just 100 metres from the famous La Bretxa market and old town (parte vieja). Bookings are currently being taken for classes and courses starting from March 2015.

In this course you will learn how Basques take the bounty from both land and sea and turn it into jars and jars of delicious preserves.
