SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
Massey University’s Institute of Food Technology is ranked among the top five in the world and works with the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) to deliver SIT’s final two years of a Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours.
Tuition is provided by SIT staff and Massey staff visiting the Singapore campus.
UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND
Massey’s School of Humanities and the University of New England (UNE) in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia work together to provide Spanish language courses to students. Students at the University of Western Sydney can also access the courses through a partnership with UNE.
The number of courses offered is increasing, and study materials have been tailored to both the Australasian cultural context and the needs of online language learners.

QATAR AIRWAYS
Massey’s Master of Business Administration programme is New Zealand’s longest continuously running MBA programme.
Qatar Airways partnered with Massey University’s MBA programme and the School of Aviation to deliver a two-year MBA programme for its pilots, engineers and managers.
The innovative programme included 15 on-site courses in Qatar provided by Massey lecturers. Students undertook a study tour of Massey and New Zealand corporations for the Strategic Management course. The study tour exposed students to the cultural differences that have a major impact on business practices.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES
The Royal Brunei Armed Forces partnered with Massey to provide an internationally recognised qualification in Security Studies.
A suite of postgraduate courses was tailored to complement military studies curricular in a blended approach to education and professional practice.
The four courses are delivered through a combination of distance and contact teaching in Brunei. Students comprise of mid-level military and government professionals along with officers from regional military alliances and partnerships.

We’ve designed a service specifically for our international students studying online. Our team of dedicated staff are here to help you access and use these resources, find information for your study, and answer all your questions about getting the most out of the library.
PLANNING YOUR STUDY
When you need information about planning your degree, what courses you can take and just about anything to do with your major, minor, compulsory courses and electives, the best person to assist you is an Academic Adviser. They can explain the Massey terminology and academic rules and guide you on what is required to complete your qualification successfully.
YOUR STUDY EXPERIENCE
Massey’s Centre for Teaching and Learning provides services, support and resources designed to enhance your study experience. This includes help with structuring assignments, time management, study skills, exam preparation and referencing, to name a few.
COUNSELLING
Students often have very full and busy lives, and it is not always easy to concentrate effectively on study. Our student counsellors can provide confidential support and assistance in managing emotional and psychological issues before they start to affect your studies.

THE PROCESS
STEP 1
You can expect to receive an acknowledgement from us within one week of submitting your application.
STEP 2
Outstanding documents will be requested.
STEP 3
Once your application is complete, it will be academically assessed. If you meet entry requirements, you will be issued with an Offer of Place.
STEP 4
Having accepted your Offer of Place, the payment of fees is required. Once fees are paid, you will be issued with a Receipt of Payment.
STEP 6
You will be emailed a link to enable you to choose courses. Academic advice is available for anyone who seeks assistance in choosing their courses.
STEP 7
Enrolment finalised. You are now ready to start your online study!

You must meet the academic requirements for your intended programme of study. You can check this when you apply online.
You will also need to meet English language requirements (some programmes have higher requirements).
PRE-DEGREE:
Academic IELTS 5.5 (no band less than 5.0), or TOEFL iBT 70 (internet) with writing score of 18, PTE Academic 36 Overall (min 36 in communicative skills).
UNDERGRADUATE (including Graduate Diploma):
Academic IELTS 6.0 (no band less than 5.5), TWE 4.0, or TOEFL iBT 80 (internet) with writing score of 19, PTE Academic 50 Overall (min 42 in communicative skills).
