Consultation and informationFind out more about your treatment from our spe-cialists before the session, and discover which other treatments are best suited to your requirements. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to talk to a member of staff before or during the session – they will be glad to provide assistance.

ClothingPlease wear your bathrobe to the massage sessions. Disposable briefs are supplied for all full-body treat-ments. For hygiene reasons and your own safety (risk of slipping) we recommend wearing pool slippers.

ValuablesKeep valuables in your room or lock them in one of the safes in the changing room if you are visiting as a day guest. Please note that Therme Laa accepts no liability for lost or stolen property.

PreparationTo get you in the mood for your treatment we will serve you a cup of tea 10 minutes before your session is due to start. If you are having a traditional massage we recommend going into the sauna or steam room 30 minutes beforehand. Please note that consuming heavy or rich food or alcoholic drinks directly before the treatment may lessen its effectiveness. Men should avoid shaving within the two hours prior to a facial treatment.

Pregnancy and illnessWhen making your appointment please let us know of any illnesses (allergies, circulatory problems etc.) and inform us if you are pregnant as it will have a direct bearing on the treatments we recommend.

Late fees and cancellationsIf you are late your session will be shortened ac-cordingly. You can cancel sessions free of charge up to 12 hours before they start. Please note that the full amount will be charged for cancellations after this deadline.

PaymentAs a hotel guest you can simply have your treat-ments added to your bill. Day spa guests can pay for treatments using their electronic chip bracelet.

Treatments without spa admissionThe treatments are also available without admission to the spa. Simply check in at the spa desk and you will be admitted for the duration of your treatment plus the time it takes for you to change and to go to and from the treatment room.

Gift VouchersAll of our treatments are available as vouchers. If you would like to redeem a voucher that is valid for our treatments, please make sure that you reserve an appointment in good time by e-mail or telephone.
