What Went Well Things to Improve Summary
• Bringing new members (18 members)
• Very good installation ceremony
• Good 2 contests, especially the 1st contest
• Very engaging table topic sessions in last 3 months
• 27 meetings• Year end party (MAD House)• Participation for Divisional
events
• Could not complete speeches for Presidents Distinguish status
• Did not conduct the mentoring program
• Members are not responding to make effective agendas
• Lack of confidence to speak• Toastmaster is not organizing
the meeting• Not using ballots to get the
evaluation of whole audience• No visibility of the budget
report till the EOY• No proper record/ journal
mainlining• Not enough guidance to new
members on TMI guidelines
• Lot of new members came but retention was not good due to poor quality of meetings
• Fun activities got the crowd going
• Not having the mentoring program is the root cause for lot of problems
• Drive and professionalism can be improved to have proper agendas and quality meetings
• Not conducting enough theme meetings, guest speeches & joint meetings made the meeting monotonous
