Sir, salary is very secondary. What matters is you are providing me (given i clear this

don’t want to be the person who works just to pay bills and have hardly anything left for
myself. I don’t know about anyone else, but when I look for a job, it has to meet my needs
both mentally and money-wise or I don’t take the job.

The MBA qualification broadens and enhances knowledge and should be viewed in a sense of

I like who I am, so I wouldn't change anything.

information he\she can only talk about himself or herself

Good listeners are essential for teams to function effectively.
Good team players are active participants.
A team player should exhibits flexibility to adopt ever changing situation.

Teams need people who speak up and express their thoughts and ideas clearly, directly,

my educational career.
17. Are you a goal-oriented person?
I am a strongly goal-oriented person. So I keep turning over in my mind anything that seems to be

18. Do you handle conflict well?
I would see about approaching the individual with whom the conflict exists to get to the root
of the problem and see if it can be resolved between the two of you. If not, then I would seek the
intervention/advice of a supervisor
19. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How did you resolve it?
Yes, I have had conflicts in the past. Never major ones, but certainly there have been
situations where there was a disagreement that needed to be resolved. I've found that when conflict
occurs, it's because of a failure to see both sides of the situation. Therefore, I ask the other person to
give me their perspective and at the same time ask that they allow me to fully explain my
perspective. At that point, I would work with the person to find out if a compromise could be
reached. If not, I would submit to their decision because they are my superior. In the end, you have
to be willing to submit yourself to the directives of your superior, whether you're in full agreement
or not.
20. Do you handle pressure well?
I plan and react to situations, not to pressure and stress. The best way to handle them is to deflate
them as quickly as possible with calm, diligent work. One step at a time.”
21. What is your greatest strength?
Likeability...positive attitude...sense of humour.
Good communication skills.
Dedication...willingness to walk the extra mile to achieve excellence.
Definiteness of purpose...clear goals.
Enthusiasm...high level of motivation.
Confident...healthy...a leader.
22. What is your greatest weakness?
For my weakness, I always say that some people say I'm over-friendly. You can't go wrong with that
one. Usually, the person interviewing is like "Oh, that's not a bad thing at all."
I'm a little egoistic when it comes to winning things and get a little ruthless too.
I lose patience sometimes when I am not in a position to complete the assigned job in time.
I have to work on having more patience and giving myself a break, because I always want
everything done at once.
Tend to go to any limits while helping my friends.
MAS _1589 Interview anthology
I am too focused on my work and I need to find more time to relax.
I'm too focused on work and need to develop some after-hours hobbies.
Never actually choose something that will be seen as a liability. Try to think of a weakness that can
actually be seen in some sort of positive light.
I'm always told that I am a bit too slow... but that's only because I want to do the best job I can. I
guess you could say I'm a bit anal when it comes to perfection."
23. Why is your GPA not higher?
I lost focus on my studies and just kind of lost track of my life for a few months. Over the summer, I
realized that I was just holding myself back and that I could do so much better than I was. Since
then, I've begun to pull up my grades and I'm trying really hard to stay motivated and on track. So
far I haven't let myself down, and I plan to continue meeting the expectations that I set for myself."
