This is one of the Powerful Stotra from Samartha Ramadas Swami, a 17th Century Saint from Maharashtra. This stotra is recited to dispel fear and anxiety. In spiritual and yogic parlance Maruti stands for the essence of wind or pranshakti which is always associated with soul at personal as well as cosmic level and thus this stotra helps attract Prana - or Pranashakti in abundance so as to realize the souce of Bliss or Rama - the eternal, everlasting omniscient Principle.
