    in the car segment both in terms of volume of vehicle and revenue earned. )ntil recently

    Its manufacturing facilities are located at two facilities, “8urgoan” and “-anesar” south of 

    Belhi. -aruti Suzui1s 8urgoan facility has an installed capacity of :,59,999 units per 

    annum. *he -anesar facility launched in ?ebruary 399; comprises a vehicle assembly plant

    with a capacity of %,99,999 units per year and a Biesel ngine plant with an annual capacity

    *he &lto, which meets the uro$: norms, has been very popular in urope where a landmar

    made a mar. *hough the main maret for the -aruti vehicles is urope, where it is selling

    -aruti has entered some unconventional marets lie &ngola, 'enin, Bjibouti, thiopia,

    -orocco, )ganda, "hile, "osta Jica and l Salvador. *he -iddle$ast region has alsoopened up and is showing good potential for growth. Some marets in this region where

    -aruti is, are Saudi &rabia, Auwait, 'ahrain, Natar and )&.

    *he marets outside of urope that have large Euantities, in the current year, are &lgeria,

    tries to undermine the monopoly created by -aruti Suzui.
